Your yoga guide

Sarah Anne is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, energy healer, and community builder who has been practicing for more than 30 years. 

She has taught across the United States, including at Kripalu and Omega Institute as well as internationally. Her yoga and meditation classes focus on empowering students with the skills needed to heal themselves and become stronger in body, mind, and spirit.

Prior to co-founding Art of Self Worth, Sarah Anne owned Saugerties Yoga, voted as one of the top 3 studios in the Hudson Valley.

Before committing her career focused on self-worth, Sarah Anne worked for more than a decade in politics and heart-centered causes, learning the importance first-hand of balancing a busy career with self-care to avoid burnout and make lasting change.

And yeah, you guessed it… in that precious life morning yoga and meditation was imperative for her!

FAQ

What if I can't make all the live morning classes?

Most people miss a few classes a month, and that's okay! In fact, it's why we provide on-demand videos for you to watch those days you sleep in or are looking to connect with your body NOT at 6:15am. You're also always welcome to sign in late!

We also have built in ways for more accountability, including weekly (or daily!) emails, quarterly check-ins and even an accountability program. Check it out.

What format are the classes and materials provided in?

Tuesday and Thursday live classes, quarterly private check-ins, and monthly office hours will always be on Zoom, using the same link for ease. Our on-demand classes will be housed on our website and will require a password to access.

Do I have to pay annually?

Our annual rate is the biggest value (especially with our early-bird sign up rate), but you are able to sign up monthly here for $77/month. If you choose this option you will be charged monthly on the card you use signing up.  Partial scholarships are available.

I'm a beginner/experienced yogi, are these classes a good fit for me?

Yes! Sarah Anne teaches all-level classes with options to make each pose easier, or more challenging. We recommend you be able to do a sun salutation before signing up for this program. If you aren't sure if this is right for you, email sarahanne@artofselfworth.com and we can discuss your specific situation.

Zoom is my kryptonite! Do I need my camera on?

We get it, especially when you just roll out of bed! Here's the thing, having your camera on allows for more feedback from Sarah Anne. So if you're looking for more personalized support turn your camera on. But no pressure! Want a more internal practice, feel like your room is just too messy to show, or just want to practice nude yoga? Leave your camera off!

Is more personal support available?

Yes! In addition to leaving your camera on during class, you can attend the monthly office hours for specific feedback on a pose or your practice. For even more personal support, you also get a 15-minute quarterly check in with Sarah Anne to keep you on track and inspired.
